Dr. Cammie Morris
Dr. Morris is a Brunswick County native. Originally from Oak Island, NC, Dr. Morris loves the Brunswick county beaches and all the area has to offer. She is ecstatic to return to the area and serve the residents of her home town. Dr. Morris received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry, as well as her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Morris regularly attends continuing education and advanced training courses to stay current with the latest advances and technologies in dentistry. It is her passion for continuing education that allows Dr. Morris to provide comprehensive, reliable dental care with the most modern, effective techniques and equipment.
Dr. Morris, and her husband, Charles, are blessed with three children, Caroline, Charlie and Caswell. They also have their ‘first born,’ a pomeranian named Boss. You will frequently find her cheering on the Heels during basketball and football season.

Dr. William “Dusty” Carmichael
Dr. Carmichael is originally from Concord, NC, and has called Brunswick County home for the past 6 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Appalachian State University and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Carmichael has a passion for his profession and enjoys providing his patients with the latest advances in technology for dentistry. He regularly attends continuing education and advanced training courses to provide the best and most comprehensive treatment available.
Dr. Carmichael and his wife, Ashley, have three children, Finn, Aidan and Harper. Dr. Carmichael loves spending time with his family, playing golf and cheering on the Appalachian Mountaineers and UNC Tarheels!

Kristie S., Administrative Staff
Kristie is a member of our administrative team and will be the smiling face you see when you walk in the door. Kristie joined the Beach Road Dentistry team in 2016. She has over 15 years of experience in Customer Relations and enjoys the dental administrative field. She and her husband, Danny, have three children- Isaac, Trey & Laney. She loves boating, listening to music, traveling and the beach!
Barbara W., Administrative Staff
Barbara has been with the practice since the doors opened in 1997. She and her husband Alan relocated from Southern Pines, NC. She carries with her over 20 years of dental experience in both general and periodontal practices. Barbara really enjoys greeting our patients at each visit, scheduling, and assisting with dental insurance. She is an avid reader, enjoys all genres of music, and loves to visit art galleries where there are exhibits of the impressionists. She spends as much time as possible on the beach.
Judy W., Dental Assistant
Judy is a native of Southport and has been working with this practice since 1997. She is certified in Dental Radiology and trained in oral sedation. She lives in Bolivia with her husband Chris. Judy loves spending time with her two daughters and her four grandchildren. She and Chris enjoy riding their motorcycle together and spending time with family.
Meghan L., Dental Assistant II
Meghan graduated from Miller-Motte College in Wilmington, NC with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science. She is a DANB certified, level two dental assistant and keeps her certification up to date with yearly continuing education courses. Meghan resides in Leland, NC but has family throughout the county and is familiar with the Southport area. In her free time she enjoys fishing, attending and participating in sporting events and spending time with loved ones.
Tiffany G., Registered Dental Hygienist
Tiffany Grant is a native of Brunswick County who has obtained over 10 years of dental experience in the local and Triangle areas. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2002 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tiffany calls Supply, NC home with her husband Wesley and their two children, Ava and Wesley, Jr. She enjoys traveling and camping with her family.
Dawn E., Registered Dental Hygienist
Originally from Virginia, Dawn graduated from Old Dominion University in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. She joined the practice in 2004. Dawn has lived on the island for 28 years with her husband Steve and 2 children Dylan and Morgan. She enjoys boating, gardening, and traveling.
